Clinical Philosophy / Approach to Care
I believe in providing compassionate, person-centered, and trauma-informed care that meets each client where they are. As a Mobile Crisis Clinician with Delaware Guidance Services, I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing behavioral health crises, focusing on safety, stabilization, and recovery. My approach emphasizes collaboration, active listening, evidence-based interventions, and empowering clients with practical coping skills while treating every individual with dignity, respect, and cultural sensitivity.
Personal Interests / Fun Facts
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, spending time with my family, and caring for my two dogs. I also own a mobile healthcare business, Ready Set Stick Mobile Phlebotomy, where I continue my passion for serving the community through accessible healthcare services. I enjoy networking, learning new skills, and finding innovative ways to improve access to care for those who need it most.
What Do You Enjoy About Your Work with DGS
I enjoy the opportunity to make a meaningful difference during some of the most challenging moments in a person’s life. Helping individuals and families find hope, stability, and the support they need is incredibly rewarding.
