| My position as a Youth Peer Support Specialist at DGS has allowed me to begin exploring the mental health field. Throughout these two years I have discovered that I am more of a nature person than I originally thought. Traversing the park with clients and walking on nature trails, has given me an almost surreal experience, creating a comfortable environment for both the client and I. My passion for cooking and music has provided me with different experiences that clients may be able to relate to. |
