Location: Dover, Delaware

Salary Range: $50,000 – $55,000 a year

Delaware Guidance Services (DGS) is currently seeking a Community Services Supervisor for a full-time opportunity in our Dover, Delaware office. Under the supervision of the Community Services Program Manager, the Community Services Supervisor is responsible for providing clinical direction and supervision for the clinicians in the Kent County Outpatient/Therapeutic Support for Families (OP/TSF) Program.

Job Requirements

Master’s degree and current Delaware licensure as a Clinical Social Worker, Professional Counselor of Mental Health, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or in the field of Psychology.

2+ years full-time post graduate clinical experience. Prior supervisory experience is preferred.

Demonstrate knowledge of individual growth and development and knowledge of family and community systems.
