Location: Statewide, Delaware

Salary Range: $65,000 – $75,000 a year

Delaware Guidance Services (DGS) is currently seeking an Outpatient Program Manager for a full-time opportunity statewide. Under the supervision of the Chief Clinical Officer, the Outpatient Program Manager is responsible for administering the programmatic operations, including project/program development, contract and fee management, overall outpatient staff supervision, program monitoring and reporting, and the development of new program opportunities. Additionally, is responsible for promoting the mission of the organization, as well as providing vision and dictating the future of the outpatient program.

Some DGS locations are approved by the NHSC (National Health Service Corps) for the Federal Loan Repayment program. Loan Forgiveness under the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program is also available.

Job Requirements

  • Master’s degree and current Delaware licensure as a Clinical Social Worker, Professional Counselor of Mental Health, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or in the field of Psychology.
  • 10+ years full-time post graduate clinical experience and 5+ year’s clinical supervisory and/or teaching experience. The clinical training, experience and proficiency shall be at the highest level of any of the clinical disciplines.
  • Travel across all five agency locations will be required.
