Description: This program employs an innovative family systems model, Eco-Systemic Structural. The ďYouth Empowerment Trauma Resiliency TeamsĒ provide intensive, team delivered, community and home-based interventions to a multi-cultural population of youth ages 12-18, their familiesí and/or significant supports residing in New Castle County, Delaware.

Position: Advanced Clinical Training Program Therapists

Description: DGS is pleased to post available positions for our two-year advanced clinical training program designed to train masterís level graduates to become competent clinicians and obtain licensure. The positions that will begin in September, 2017, represent the fourth year of the program. This is the only program of its kind in the area that provides skill development in core clinical competencies and the opportunity to practice these skills in a family-based child guidance setting. We are currently seeking a diverse group of qualified masterís level trainees to participate in this program. Trainees will be expected to carry a caseload of clients approximately 3/4 the size of a full-time clinician. Caseloads will provide experience across a broad spectrum of emotional and behavioral issues from adjustment difficulties and attention problems to complex trauma. Trainees will receive a minimum of one hour weekly supervision, and one and a half hours of group supervision per week from highly qua
