Position: Advanced Clinical Training Program - Outpatient Therapist

Location: New Castle, Kent and Sussex Counties

Status: Full time

Description: Two year workforce development effort designed to train master's level graduates to become competent clinicians and obtain licensure. This program will provide skill development in core clinical competencies and the opportunity to practice these skills in an outpatient child guidance setting.

Requirements: Candidates must have already finished their graduate education or be targeted for graduation in the spring of 2015.

Position: Child Priority Response Program-Behavioral Health Counselors

Location: New Castle County

Status: Full Time - Three Openings

Description: Provide intensive short term, community based treatment for children and youth who have experienced a recent behavioral health crisis. Candidates should have counseling experience with children, youth and families and flexible availability.

Requirements: Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field required. One position requires a license in Social Work or Counseling as this candidate will have supervisory responsibilities. Experience in Crisis intervention a plus.
